Florida Bat Festival vendor registration is NOW OPEN!​
Vendor applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To follow in the theme of the event (BATS), many vendors may be displaying similar items. Be prepared to stand out!
Vendor Fees range from $25 -$150.

DEADLINE for applications is October 4th, 2025.
Late fees applied starting September, 21st, 2025.
Approved vendors will receive an email from the Bat Fest Manager shortly after submission. If denied, applicant will be informed. An application submittal does not guarantee participation of the Florida Bat Festival. Approval or denial will be based on event needs, space availability and/or number of duplicated product types.

If you are not able to participate in this year’s Florida Bat Festival, consider becoming a Sponsor. By sponsoring our event, it demonstrates to the community that you are supporting local conservation endeavors and helping Lubee Bat Conservancy in turn.

All proceeds raised during the Florida Bat Festival supports the Lubee animals and our Conservation/Education Programs.
Lubee Bat Conservancy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

NOTE: VENDORS SHOULD ALIGN WITH THE OVERALL FESTIVAL THEME -
WILDLIFE, ENVIRONMENTAL, CERTAIN ARTS/CRAFTS, FOOD, NON-PROFITS, FOOD & DRINK WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW.
VENDORS OF THE BOUTIQUE, MEDICAL SERVICES, &/OR GENERAL APPAREL DO NOT FIT INTO OUR FESTIVAL THEME AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
